Die typische Wiener Melange wird in großen Tassen serviert und besteht aus einem stark verlängerten Espresso und heißer Milch zu gleichen Teilen. Dafür bietet die Melangetasse Trend von Julius Meinl reichlich Platz. Obendrauf kommt gerne noch etwas cremiger Milchschaum und schon haben wir ein Mittelding aus Cappuccino und Milchkaffee, eben die typische Wiener Melange.
